💸 Referral bonuses for all positions:

• Junior/Trainee position: $100
• Middle position: $250
• Senior position: $500
• Lead position: $625
• Head and above position: $750

Payout conditions:

50% of the bonus is paid after the candidate successfully completes one month at pleso therapy. The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate successfully passes the probation period.

🤝 How to refer a candidate:

1. Check the open positions on our career site.
2. Share the vacancy link with your referral and ask them to mention your full name in the “Referral” field when applying.

Important note: if a candidate has already applied independently or was in our pipeline before your referral, the referral bonus does not apply. This way, we’ll make sure your recommendation is recorded and the bonus reserved for you!
